§ 3.2 Term and renewal
The initial term ends 31 March 2027 and renews for successive twelve-month terms unless Buyer gives at least 60 calendar days written notice before term end.

Notice must be submitted through the vendor portal and sent by registered post to the Contract Administration recipient shown in the current account record.

§ 6.3 Owner field
The Buyer will name an internal owner for operational notice decisions.
